Festival of Voices

On the 14 th  December 2024, the Rotary Club of Winslow held their 22 nd  annual “Festival of Voices” concert at St Laurence Church. As usual, tickets were sold out within 4 days of going on sale so the church was completely full to hear the excellent Pendyrus Male Choir together with soloists, soprano Jennifer Walker and her husband, trumpeter Martin Rogers. The concert is a major fund raiser for our  club and this year we are likely to show a profit in excess of £5,000 which will be distributed to worthy charities both locally and internationally.
